 COMPANY HISTORY
Quantum Title was opened in 2002 to serve the local real estate market. The founders of Quantum saw an opportunity to open an independent title company that was created around consistently providing excellent service. Quantum was opened with the idea of providing the best title, escrow and settlement services available and providing that service to a manageable number of customers. We have never desired to be the biggest
title company, just the best.

Quantum Title prides itself in the relationships it has developed. We cherish those relationships and will continue to invest all of our resources to become a strong business partner. We know that our success is directly tied to your success, and to that end we will continue to bring innovative, value-added services to our clients. This philosophy has served us well, especially in these most difficult times.

  UNDERWRITER
Quantum Title currently serves as agent to 2 underwriting partners:

• Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund (ATGF). ATGF has served as an underwriter and legal counsel since the company’s inception in 2002. It currently has offices in Denver, Salt Lake City, UT, Minneapolis, MN, and North Dakota.
• Title Insurance Company of America (TICA®) is licensed to transact the business of title insurance in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE:LFG), headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is the holding company for Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, Transnation Title Insurance Company and Title Insurance Company of America.
