 COMPANY HISTORY
Quantum Title was founded in 2002 by Michael Martinez, a real estate investor in the Denver area.  At the time the company was founded, Martinez also had a controlling interest in a mortgage company and a real estate brokerage.  He saw a need for a well run title company that could consistently provide personalized, excellent service to its clients.  His belief is that real estate professionals work very hard to put a deal together and the title company is a critical link to a successful conclusion.  Too many title companies take that responsibility for granted.

Initially, Quantum primarily served Martinez’ other companies.  In 2003 Quantum expanded its team and hired an outside sales staff.  Business took off in 2004, with Quantum opening a second location and nearly tripling its business.  The future business plan includes opening additional offices in the Denver area.  The company is very cognizant of the need to grow responsibly.  “If we forget who we are, we become like all the other title companies.”

Quantum Title prides itself in the relationships it has developed.  We cherish those relationships and will continue to invest all of our resources to become a strong business partner.  We know that our success is directly tied to your success, and to that end we will continue to bring innovative, value-added services to our clients. 

  UNDERWRITER
Quantum Title currently serves as agent to 2 underwriting partners:

• Attorney’s Title Guaranty Fund (ATGF). ATGF has served as an underwriter and legal counsel since the company’s inception in 2002. It currently has offices in Denver, Salt Lake City, UT, Minneapolis, MN, and North Dakota.
• Title Insurance Company of America (TICA®) is licensed to transact the business of title insurance in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc.
